William Knight Insurance Agency and Builders Mutual Insurance Company present Worker’s Compensation Changes PC 1149 and New Chapter 9

The presentation includes a question and answer session regarding the new Worker’s Compensation law that requires everyone under the governing construction class codes to carry Worker’s Compensation insurance, effective March 1, 2011. The new law does allow some exemptions from the new law, and these exemptions will be addressed in detail.
