The Metropolitan Planning Commission is hosting a public input session about updating the North County Sector Plan.
Sector plans include a map of proposed land uses, community facilities and transportation systems. The plan is used in making recommendations for zoning cases and capital improvements.
At these initial public meetings the MPC will provide information on development trends and existing plans. The background report is available on the MPC website as provided below. We will be soliciting input for land use, transportation and community facility improvements that need to be addressed in creating the new sector plan.
