Job Summary
Oversee all phases of fire, water, mold, and storm damage reconstruction projects. This position will take the job as a hand-off from the Mitigation Project Manager and see the reconstruction process through from estimate to the final walk through.
Key Duties
- Draft estimates and scopes of work.
- Find quality subcontractors and vendor resources.
- Supervise subcontractors and daily site operations.
- Update clients and insurance carriers on project progress.
- Ensure quality and final sign-off.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years in construction or disaster restoration project management.
- Familiarity with Xactimate, insurance protocols.
- Exceptional client relations and organizational skills.
- This position could be ideal for a semi-retired contractor
