The Project Management Education Series provides a strong foundation in the essential skills needed to effectively manage construction projects. Through a combination of classroom instruction and practical exercises, participants will gain valuable knowledge in Plan Reading, Estimating, and Budget Management. This series is ideal for individuals who are new to project management, as well as those looking to strengthen or refresh their existing skills.

Plan Reading

This course equips participants with the fundamental skills needed to read, interpret, and navigate construction documents with confidence. Attendees will learn how to identify and understand key elements such as plans, elevations, sections, details, symbols, dimensions, scales, and notes. The course provides exposure to basic construction drawing types—including architectural, civil, mechanical, and structural—helping participants understand how these disciplines come together to form a complete project.
