Fall Meeting Registration Information
 
We hope you’ll join us for the 2025 HBAT Fall Meeting, taking place October 16 and 17 at the Marriott Knoxville Downtown. Registration is now open and can be completed via the Square links below or by submitting the Registration Form. Please keep in mind that no refunds will be given after October 1, 2025.
 
Meeting & Events, Early Registration (Before Sept. 16)
 
Fall Meeting Early Registration-before Sept. 16 (Includes meeting registration, President's Reception and Dinner on Oct. 16, Breakfast on Oct. 17, Sponsor Reception on Oct. 17, and Hall of Fame Dinner & Award Ceremony on Oct. 17) $300 plus credit card processing fees (Use the Fall Meeting Square Link to pay).

Hotel Information
 
This year, HBAT has reserved a room block at The Marriott Knoxville Downtown. This room block will be open until September 16, 2025 or until rooms run out! Please book ASAP. There are limited rooms for Wednesday night, 10/15. If you are unable to book a room in the room block for this night, please let us know.
