My name is Trinity Edgar and I am the Volunteer Coordinator at Knoxville Habitat for Humanity. I'm writing you this letter because we are looking for skilled volunteers to help with our Multi-House Blitz, taking place this spring, from April 11th through the 17th. With the partnership of our covenant partners, partner families, and volunteers, we will build 6 houses during this one week. All of the houses will be built in our subdivision, Silver Leaf, which is located off of Skyline Drive in East Knoxville. Although our houses are primarily built by volunteers trained on the job-site, we would love to have your expertise to make sure things operate smoothly. We would like to know if you would be willing to partner with us for this week and provide a few volunteers to assist with specific tasks. Attached to this letter is a schedule of duties for each day during the Multi-House Blitz. We will need help with a variety of tasks including: framing, vinyl siding prep and vinyl siding, trim and cabinets, painting etc. The schedule is as follows:

Parking will be located at Chilhowee Park at 300 N. Beaman Street. Volunteers will be shuttled over to the site. All tools are provided, but feel free to bring your toolbelt.
