and opening doors early for speakers to start at promptly 5:30.
We're teaming up with Keep Knoxville Beautiful to host a happy hour after their annual Summit. Summit attendees and Green Drinkers are both welcome - you do not have to attend the Summit in order to attend the afterparty!

In keeping with the Summit's focus on urban planning and reconnection with nature, our Green Drinks speakers are from the Knox Community Planning Alliance (KCPA). Kevin Murphy and Sandra Korbelik will share information about Advance Knox, Knox County's effort to update the general land use plan and create its first comprehensive transportation plan. They will also discuss how organizations and neighborhoods can engage with each other and developers about land use issues in Knoxville. Finally, they will walk us through KCPA and the livability issues at stake.
