13 Seats Remain - EPA RRP Lead Paint Refresher Class, Friday, March 13 (as of 3.5.15)

All Contractors, Firms and Technicians including General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Rental Property Owners / Managers and Maintenance Workers performing practices such as sanding, scraping, demolition and cutting working in homes, schools and child occupied facilities built before 1978 must be trained, certified and meet Lead Safe Work Practices requirements.

The 8-hour EPA Lead Certification Class on Thursday, March 12, will teach you how to comply with the EPA RRP rule and the HUD Lead Safe Housing Rule, and how to integrate safe and effective work practices into your renovations. This class is full but additional class dates will be available soon, please check with us for details.

The 4-hour EPA Refresher Class on Friday, March 13, is for previous certification holders who are up for renewal.

Classes are first come, first served.  Space is limited so reserve early.  Classes are provided free of charge in partnership with the City of Knoxville Department of Community Development, Lead Safe and Healthy Homes Program.
