Paul Boyles is an Executive Coach  and trainer who is a highly talented human resources professional with a broad range of experience in manufacturing, service industries, hospitality, and government. Paul holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Scranton.
 
As an Executive coach and trainer, he specializes in leadership development for all levels of businesses and organizations. With over 35 years of practical experience Paul’s passion to help others grow is a clear benefit of working with him. 
 
He possesses professional HR certifications:  SHRM-SCP and SPHR.  Additionally, he is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Trainer and a certified trainer for the Jon Gordon Company. He resides in Maryville with his wife Patricia.  They have one daughter – Alana,  and one granddaughter and two identical twin grandsons.
