On Wednesday, June 3, the webinar COVID-19 Compliance & Operational Challenges in Multifamily Property Management will highlight best practices in property management and compliance and provide action plans for the COVID-19 crisis.

The webinar, scheduled for 3-4 p.m. ET, will cover a range of topics, including:

  • Federal and state guidance—what has been addressed and what has not
  • Income calculation guidance in the CARES Act
  • Operational impacts and considerations during the pandemic and planning for potential future outbreaks

Registration is open until 3 p.m. ET on Tuesday, June 2. The webinar is free for NAHB members and $44.95 for non-members. Webinar participants can earn one hour of continuing education credits for the following designations: HCCP, CAPS, CGA, CGB, CGP, CGR, CMP, CSP, GMB, GMR, Master CGP, Master CSP and MIRM.
