City Council - Workshop on Ridge Top Protection Plan
Dear Members,
On Thursday, June 9th at 5:00 pm there is another City Council workshop for the Hillside and Ridgetop Plan from MPC. Even though Knox County has sent this back to MPC to start the process over to create a more reasonable plan, the City of Knoxville can implement the old plan on its own. This would be harmful to the real estate and construction industry in Knox County.
We need you to email and call your City Council member and ask them to vote down the Hillside and Ridgetop Plan from MPC. The City and County must use the same Hillside and Ridgetop Plan. To do otherwise would create confusion in the real estate market place at the worst possible time.
Please email and call your City Council member and let them know how important this is. Ask them to suspend the workshop and vote down the Hillside and Ridgetop Plan from MPC so a new and better plan can be created.
