2020 Holiday Celebration - CANCELLED due to CV-19
The Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville's annual Holiday Celebration will NOT go on! Join us on Thursday, December 3rd for a night of fun, networking, great hors d'oeuvres, and most importantly to support Toys for Tots. All attendees will be guests of our sponsors with no charge, just a new unwrapped toy for donation.
This year has been especially rough for a lot of local families who were impacted by CV-19 restrictions and lost work. Help us promote this worthy cause and ensure a good Christmas for many local kids who wouldn't have one without this help. SAFETY - The Foundry is taking several extra precautions for each event. In addition to handling food in a different manner, staff are closely following the CDC?s recommendations for the health and safety of guests. Here are a couple of the added measures that would apply to our group:
All staff (front and back of house) are required to have temperatures checked and recorded for each shift.Staff is required to wear masks and gloves for the duration of each event (including set up time).Sneeze guards must be over all food stationsAll tables and chairs sanitized before each event
They are still able to offer buffet style / appetizers, however they are now serving the food so that guests are not sharing utensils dishing out food.
Desserts would also be ?grab & go? at another table.
Staff must serve all drinks to guests.
All silverware now has to be rolled in linen napkins, verses leaving napkins/forks for guests to grab.
