2022 Parade of Homes

Welcome to our Multiple Site Parade of Homes. This year's Parade of Homes offers you the opportunity to visit new homes located in Knox and surrounding counties. The builders or their representatives will be on hand to answer your questions while visiting their homes.

• 2022 Dates: SEPT 30-OCT 2; OCT 7-9; OCT 14-16
• Hours: Noon to 5:00 p.m. each day
• Admission is free to the public
• Some homes may be decorated
• Homes will be in a variety of subdivisions in a variety of price ranges
• Magazines are available at most ORNL Federal Credit Union and Tindell's locations during business hours, and all Parade houses during open hours (week of SEP 19)
• 26 houses will be open to tour during the Parade of Homes
• 8 houses will be virtual-only, not open during the Parade of Homes; contact the builder for more information or to schedule an appointment
