2020 Parade of Homes
Welcome to our Multiple Site Parade of Homes. This year's Parade of Homes offers you the opportunity to visit new homes located in Knox and surrounding counties. The builders or their representatives will be on hand to answer your questions while visiting their homes.
Due to CV-19 the Parade will be a little different this year - some homes will not be open to the public, we apologize for the inconvenience. Some participating builders will have virtual viewing options, but they may not be available during official Parade dates, so check our website later or contact the builders directly if you do not find what you are looking for.

- Dates: OCT 2-4; OCT 9-11; OCT 16-18
- Hours: Noon to 5:00 p.m. each day
- Admission is free to the public
- Some homes may be decorated
- Homes may be in a variety of subdivisions in a variety of price ranges

HBAGK is adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations and recommendations pertaining to COVID-19, social distancing, crowd sizes, and the use of masks. We urge you to attend the HBAGK Parade of Homes safely, but ask that you not attend if you are considered "high risk" or if you exhibit any signs of illness (fever, cough, etc.).
Location
A note about "virtual-only" Parade houses: Most of these houses experienced delays, so their photography & videos will be delayed, possibly beyond our official event dates. We will add them as soon as we can, apologies for the inconvenience.
