2018 International Residential Codes Lunch-N-Learn

City Council adopted the 2018 edition of the International Residential Code on November 20, 2018. It is the goal of the Plans Review and Inspections Division to ensure the transition is seamless for our home building community as we move forward with the implementation of the 2018 code.
Bring-Your-Own-Lunch and join the Plans Review and Inspections Division for a Lunch-N-Learn session on the proposed 2018 International Residential Code changes on Thursday, December 20^th from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
The meeting will be held at the City’s Public Works Service Center located at 3131 Morris Avenue. City officials will give an overview of the 2018 IRC changes, discuss the implementation moving forward, and open the floor to questions.
