Today's homes are larger and often built on the side of a hill or ridge. They have roof lines that are steeper\, more complex and higher\, interior rooms can be up to two stories high and the labor force is ever changing. All of these factors make residential construction more dangerous for all trades. You are a member of a group that has been addressing these conditions and continues to emphasize safety daily!
