As an hommage to Hal\, all of the wines have East TN fruit in them\, and unlike most commercial southeastern wines\, they are not sweet. Instead\, they offer a rich range of nuanced flavors and depth. You don't have to have a bottle shipped from California to get a good glass of wine.
