With beers.\n\n\n\nFor our first Green Drinks of 2022\, we're headed to the outdoor patio at Pretentious and bringing in a crowd favorite to share news about an exciting new project:\n\n\n\nGerry Moll and Jonathan Cox of Native Plant Rescue Squad will tell us about their new idea: Neighborhood Land Stewardship Groups.\n\n\n\nThis new program is designed to help neighborhoods organize their very own Land Stewardship groups\, modeled after successful groups currently operating in Knoxville. These groups are generally made up of a collection of nature-loving neighbors who work together in their neighborhood to support\, protect\, restore\, educate and advocate for diversity and habitat with the goal of increasing the ecological health in the neighborhood where they live.\n\n\n\nJoin us for a happy hour filled to the rim with your favorite beverage\, garnished with enviro-centric conversation and enjoyed with friends!
