Working in conjunction with local youth organizations\, DreamBikes employs teens from the area to work in the store\; teaching them how to refurbish bicycles\, use the POS software\, and to deliver great customer service. DreamBikes provides lifelong skills to our teen employees\, helping them to find a bright future.\n\n\n\nOur guest speaker and host this week is Mitchell Connell. Mitchell is the general manager of DreamBikes Knoxville. He helped open the non-profit in 2016 and has been training youth and building bikes since then. Mitchell began working in the bicycle industry more than 10 years ago\, and he has worked with The Oasis Center\, Halcyon Bike Shop\, REI\, The City of Knoxville\, and DreamBikes.
