DESCRIPTION:Happy Dogs Days of Summer Green Drinkers!\n\n\n\nJoin us Tuesday\, August 13th at 6:00pm for our 4th Annual tour and tastings of Green Drink's regular\, Hal & Maureen Hoyt's backyard vineyard & organic garden.\n\n\n\nHal will also be our speaker this month! Hal has 45 years of experience with cultivating his urban vegetable garden\, and for the last 12 years he has utilized all organic vegetable garden practices. He also grows Cascade Hops** for his homebrew beer and his backyard vineyard boasts an impressive 70 vines yielded for use of his home-crafted wine.\n\n\n\nHal's wine has earned gold medals in Tennessee statewide wine competitions. His entire production is ranked #1 on the Knox Green Drinks Organizer's GREEN and LOCALLY GROWN GO TO VINO and BREWHaHa LIST for LIFE. The ARIEL\, won a gold medal in the 2018 Tennessee Viticultural and Oenological Society Amateur Wine Competition.\n\n\n\nSo come learn how you can become a green urban booze farmer and beyond! Tastings of Hal's handcrafted wine creations will be provided\, but be aware that no beverages or food will be available for purchase so please bring additional beverages and snacks to share.\n\n\n\n*Please note the time change from our standard 5:30pm start\, the event begins at 6:00pm and the tour du local\, homegrown\, homemade wine will begin around 6:30pm.\n\n\n\n*** Carpooling is encouraged. You will find ample street parking available near the venue. Please enter through the side gate to the back yard- from the street\, you will see the entrance beside the house on the left side of the property.\n\n\n\nDon't forget to tell a friend\, and make sure to bring:\n\n1. A delicious snack-a-tizer to share\n\n2. BYOB\n\n3. A lawn chair\n\n\n\nWe look forward to seeing you on Tuesday and sharing in the very green\, and deliciously intoxicating fruits of Hoyt's labor.
