DESCRIPTION:The Everett Road corridor is on the Farragut board agenda for tonight\, December 11.  There will be a short informational workshop on the topic at 6:00 PM followed by a couple of other workshop items.  The regular Farragut Board of Mayor & Aldermen meeting begins at 7:00 PM.  The workshop is just an informational session only and public comments/questions will be conducted during the regular meeting.The topic involves a 2007 ruling by the Attorney General that we think is being misinterpreted by the Town of Farragut. Please read the attached files and plan to attend the meetings tonight. We need members\, especially Builders and Developers who work in Farragut\, to attend and oppose this ordinance. If passed it will require a second vote for final approval at their next meeting\, usually two weeks.
