To apply simply fill out the application linked below and submit it by Friday\, February 21.\n\n \n\nThe David Stauffer Scholarship is a "matching funds" achievement-based scholarship program administered by the Tennessee Home Builders Foundation.\n\n \n\nThe HBAT and local home builder affiliates\, together with its members\, are committed to improving the future of the building industry by creating educational opportunities for students throughout the state. The David Stauffer Scholarship is available to all qualifying students across the state of Tennessee. \n\n \n\nUndergraduates who attend or planning on attending a one\, two\, or four  year College or certificate program and studying construction or related fields\, are eligible for this scholarship. An HBAT affiliated Home Builder's Association (HBA) must sponsor the student and guarantee scholarship matching funds. All applicants are responsible for contacting a local Home Building Association Affiliate (HBA) for sponsorship and matching funds information.\n\n \n\nStudent Applicant must submit completed application and applicable attachments to Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville (HBAGK) by February 21\, 2020.\n\n\n\nSubmit application and materials to staff@hbaknoxville.com. \n\n \n\nAPPLICATION REQUIREMENTS\n\n \n\nCompleted and signed Scholarship Application\n\n \n\nScholarship Application must show proof of Admissions Application\; or be enrolled in or attending a college\, university\, junior college or technical/ vocational school   current transcript required\n\n \n\nA minimum 2.5 GPA or equivalent is required   attach current proof of GPA\n\n \n\nOne letter of recommendation is required.
