We need your help. We have won half the battle with our fine efforts in getting Knox County Commission to vote down this plan. We need your help again to call and email the Knoxville City Council members and ask them to vote down the plan so a new process can be started. It is very important to the real estate construction industry that both the City and County be on the same page. The last thing we need in this current market is any confusion. You need to be aware of two newspaper articles that came out Monday of this week that are important. It has been alleged in the Halls Shopper article by Betty Bean that a person or persons who may be from our industry set a fire at Knox County Commissioner Tony Norman's home. This will unfortunately increase the turnout and phone calls of the supporters of the Hillside and Ridgetop plan. These allegations were refuted and contradicted in the Hayes Hickman article in the Knoxville News Sentinel. However\, the supporters of the plan already emailed their group the Betty Bean article.
